“A life lived for others, with warmth, positivity, and endless love.”

Sean was a beloved father, husband, son, brother, uncle, friend and coach whose selfless attitude and positive energy touched everyone fortunate enough to know him. His commitment to others and his use of his love and intelect made the world a better place.

Known for his kind nature and unwavering support for everyone, Sean had a remarkable gift for making people feel valued and seen. Whether at home, at work, on the court, or in the community, he was always there to support and uplift others.

Sean put others before himself constantly, whether it was as a father & husband giving time to his family, or in his career choices in the NHS, his 16 years of volunteering as a Basketball coach, his time as a School Governor. He cared deeply for those around him.

Though he is deeply missed, Sean's legacy of love, kindness, and selflessness lives on in the hearts of everyone who knew him. His spirit continues to inspire us all.

Sean was my brother in law. Known him since he was 14. Bouncy. Cheeky. Loyal. Full of energy . Loved his wife Lucy. Proud of his children . We were different but never had bad words . I am heartbroken . I never knew how much I loved him. RIP Sean

Dad was the best of us, he was the true embodiment of selflessness and community. The thing I will remember the most is how he always saw the best in everyone. We always used to come home after basketball trainings & games and discuss what each player did well, who were the standouts and who had shown the most improvement. He always had something positive to say about everyone. He was a rock, committed 100%. When people needed help he was the first to put his hand up. I thank my stars everyday that he was my Dad, I’m so proud of him and I will be inspired by him forever. Love you dad. ❤️

Sean was a good guy for sure. He was my manager, approachable, helpful, understanding. Door was always open. He would do all he could to help anyone. Give great advice. He allowed my daughter to obtain valuable work experience. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Everyone liked him. I feel lucky to have known him and so glad I told him how much we all missed working for him, he was a true gentleman. Will miss you Sean x

    Basketball Parent

Sean has coached my daughter's team for a couple of years. He was so patient with them, always positive and a lovely guy. He'll be missed so much by the basketball community. The team had their best match yet yesterday and I know he would have been very proud of them. Sending his family my love and sympathy and I hope these memories of him provide some comfort.
